5 Books All Artists Should Read
In Autumn, there’s nothing like curling up next to the fire with a good book.
While I love a juicy fictional read as much as the next person, sometimes I need more from a book. Sometimes I need a book that packs an extra boost of inspiration - a book that gets me out of my head and changes me for the better.
The list below includes all of the books about art that have changed the way I view my work. I am better because I read them. If you are feeling uninspired or overwhelmed by the task of creating, these books are especially for you:
Steal Like an Artist by Austin Kleon
The Crossroads of Should and Must by Ella Luna
The Artists Way by Julia Cameron
The War of Art by Steven Pressfield
Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert
